Keep it open!

In many DSLR (Digital single-lens reflex camera) cameras there’s option for keeping the shutter(the device that allows light to pass for a determined period of time) open as long as you want.  If there are movements when the shutter is open, the result could be quiet interesting!  In Canon EOS 500d this function is called BULB and it can be controlled in the Manual mode. Bellow you can see a few examples of playing with this function (don’t forget that aperture needs to be set properly as well).
